Frequently Asked Questions

But I can build a website for zero down and less than $15/mo!

True. However, these are not custom-build microsites. Most importantly, they are not upgradeable to a fully-fledged website once you decide to grow your web presence. We offer such programs too – please see our Do-It-Yourself Website Design program.

Can I upgrade my microsite later?

Absolutely! In fact, the ability to Upgrade a COMMbits microsite is one of the strong advantages working with us. When it is time to upgrade make sure you also check our Toronto website design and related business services.

Why is there  a monthly fee?

The low monthly fee covers for business web hosting, business email accounts, domain name services and customer service.

Can I host my microsite elsewhere?

The short answer is “no” and we have very good reasons for this. We offer a business web hosting service and we stand fully behind our product. Please read more here.

What is the Advanced Content Editing Pack add-on?

It’s a collection of tools that allow quick content enhancement with sleek buttons, “More…” pull-down boxes, pricing tables, tabbed content and more. For example, the pricing table you see on the all-inclusive page was created with this add-on. If you are interested on this or other add-ons please see our Business Website Design plans instead.

I am interested in building a blog. Can you help?

Absolutely! You can add a blog in your web microsite for an additional $195 plus $12.95/mo (unlimited entries, always on our business infrastructure.) Or you can take a look at our Business Web Design services which include blog design too. Also, we have put together a page that enlists all the various ways of how to get a WordPress blog with us.
